What this site is

This website describes the search engine optimization and AI search visibility services offered by CognitiveAISEO. Everything on it is provided for information. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or professional advice about your particular situation.

If we work together, that engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines and deliverables. That agreement takes precedence over anything written on this website. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.

The free audit

We offer a free initial audit of your search and AI visibility. Requesting it creates no obligation on either side — you are not buying anything and we are not committing to take you on as a client. The audit reflects what we can observe at the time we run it, and search engines and AI systems change constantly. We may decline to provide an audit, at our discretion, without giving a reason.

No guarantee of results

Search rankings, AI citations and organic traffic are determined by systems we do not control — Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and others. Those systems change their behaviour frequently and without notice, and they do not publish how they rank or cite. Your competitors are also actively working on the same thing.

We do not guarantee any specific ranking, placement, citation, traffic volume, lead count or revenue figure. Anyone in this industry who guarantees you a number one ranking is either misinformed or misleading you. What we commit to is competent work, honest measurement, and telling you what the numbers actually say — including when they’re disappointing.

Any timeline, projection or example outcome discussed on this site or in conversation is an estimate based on experience, not a promise.

Using this site

You may read, use and share the content of this site for your own lawful purposes. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system, interfere with the site’s normal operation including by automated scraping that places unreasonable load on it, or copy substantial portions of its content and present it as your own.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, graphics, logo and structure — belongs to CognitiveAISEO unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not republish material portions of it without permission.

Trademarks and product names belonging to other companies are mentioned for identification only. Referring to Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or any other platform does not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or partnership with those companies.

Where this site links elsewhere, those destinations are not under our control. We’re not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of them is subject to the state and federal courts located in California.

Where we enter into a separate written engagement agreement with a client, that agreement may specify a different governing law or forum, and where it does, it takes precedence over this clause for matters within its scope.
